Financial transformation is here – HitFix started as a software gaming distribution platform. In March they started at digital bank. In Africa there are banks with no employees.
In Sweden and all over the worlds traditional banks are having problems. The news tells us that banks are investing stocks in military industries. Horrifying or are they just securing a good return of investment on a secure market? What happens when people don not want to support that?
What happens with us and organisations if we don´t adopt to change? We all have our behaviors, that we have adopted. How easy do you change them or do you stay saying ”It was better in the past”?
To change we need to feel secure. Therefore we need to cultivate the CULTURE based on our values. People and Organisations with strong values will more likely survive. They trust each other.
The mindset of ”Leader and employees” is a rigid way to believe that some have the answers in the rapid change. The mindset is dangerous to deal with rapid changes and is a fossil mindset. We need to build organisation where we all considers us as CO-LEADERS and take full personal responsibility to help each others.
When the culture is strong and co-leadership exists, it is easier to keep focus on our task. A task that we question more or less every day to do the right thing in a changing world. We help each other to grow to be able to cope with the new redefined task, due to accelerating changes.
